CrowdStrike is actively collaborating with impacted customers to resolve the problem. Kurtz urged customers to refer to the support portal for the latest updates and to communicate with CrowdStrike representatives through official channels. He assured that the CrowdStrike team is fully mobilized to ensure the security and stability of their customers’ systems.
