Love Next Door, the newest K-drama on Netflix, is already getting a lot of love from fans. Released today, it’s a show that mixes romance, drama, and a bit of comedy in a way that’s easy to enjoy. With new episodes coming out throughout August and September, there’s plenty to look forward to.
Plot Summary
The story follows Choi Seung Hyo, a young architect who’s one of the best in Korea. He runs his own studio called “In” and has everything going for him, he’s talented, good looking, and has a great personality. But, like everyone, he has moments from his past he’d rather forget, and most of those involve Bae Seok Ryu.
Seung Hyo and Seok Ryu have known each other since they were four years old because their moms were close friends. They spent a lot of time together as kids, even doing embarrassing things like bathing together at a women’s bathhouse. Now, they’ve grown up and meet again, but their lives have changed a lot.
While Seung Hyo became a successful architect, Seok Ryu was always the top student in school and went on to work as a project manager at a big company. But for some reason, she quit her job and has been unemployed since. When they meet again as adults, the story really starts to get interesting.
